*Welcome to CombatX. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and purchase of our apparel. By placing an order with us, whether online, through social media, or in person, you agree to comply with these Terms.

***Products & Descriptions

We strive to present our clothing accurately. However, please note that colors, sizing, and details may vary slightly depending on lighting, screen resolution, or production variation.

***Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. CombatX reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including stock limitations, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

***Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We accept payment via [e.g., Interac e-Transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.]. Full payment is required before shipping or pickup.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes are applied where applicable according to Manitoba and Canadian laws.

***Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Canada and may offer international shipping upon request. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout or during the order process.

CombatX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors. Once shipped, orders are the responsibility of the carrier.

***Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. 

*Items that cannot be returned: 

Custom or personalized orders.

Shipping cost to return the item is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or an incorrect order was sent.

All content, designs, logos, and images related to CombatX are the intellectual property of CombatX and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written consent.

CombatX is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. All products are sold "as is" unless otherwise stated.
